The Abu Dhabi City Cup will return in 2027, after setting record numbers last month. Registration is now open for those interested in participating in the upcoming sporting event, which will take place from January 8 to 10, 2027. It will bring teams from around the world to the UAE capital to compete in the eighth edition of the region's premier tournament. A total of 244 teams from different age groups (from Under-12 and above) participated in the 2026 edition. The tournament's three-day format will be reinstated following this year's successful expansion, which attracted over 8,000 people to Zayed Sports City over the weekend and hosted 3,500 local, regional, and international players.
